- Replace all maya with rosa.
- Replace all precise with trusty.
- Run the following.
# apt-get update
- Run the following.
# apt-get upgrade
- Run the following.
# apt-get dist-upgrade
- Run the following.
# apt-get auto-remove
- Reboot.
- Pray that it works.
- Enjoy the new release.
- Subsequent upgrades should work with the below.
# do-release-upgrade
