Virtualbox gives the error message below after a kernel upgrade

Kernel driver not installed (rc=-1908)

The VirtualBox Linux kernel driver (vboxdrv) is either not loaded or there is a permission problem with /dev/vboxdrv. Please reinstall the kernel module by executing /etc/init.d/vboxdrv setup' as root.

If it is available in your distribution, you should install the DKMS package first. This package keeps track of Linux kernel changes and recompiles the vboxdrv kernel module if necessary.

Solve it by doing what the error message tells you.

# /etc/init.d/vboxdrv setup

Other solutions:

## Fedora 22/21/20/19 and CentOS/RHEL 7 ##
/usr/lib/virtualbox/vboxdrv.sh setup

## Fedora 18/17/16/15/14 and CentOS/RHEL 6/5 ##
/etc/init.d/vboxdrv setup

## OR ##
service vboxdrv setup
