This isn't so much a story, as a rant. And a pet peeve of mine...

Working in IT means you from time to time need to help out others.
Don't get me wrong, we all like to help, it makes us feel better than the rest, right? :-)

Helping others however isn't easy, if the question asked is in the line of "My computer doesn't work."
I'm guessing you're seeing where I'm going... If you don't, please follow the below link and get enlighened already!
