HP Compaq 8100 Elite Desktop PC Series - Option to Enable the Integrated Video is Missing in BIOS with a PCIe Graphics Controller Installed
Issue
The option to enable the Integrated Video is not available in the BIOS under Advanced > Device options.
Solution
If a PCIe graphics controller card is installed in the PCIe x16 graphics slot, the BIOS will detect the presence of the PCIe card and disable the integrated graphics controller of the processor. In this configuration, the integrated graphics controller cannot be enabled. If a PCIe graphics controller card is installed in the PCIe x4 /x16 slot, the integrated graphics controller of the processor will be disabled by default, but can be re-enabled through the BIOS.
