I can't delete a file.
Try the following:
* Boot windows in safe mode.
* Delete the file using windows explorer. If it doesn't work try next solution.
* Change the attribs to +R, delete the file. If it doesn't work try next solution.
* Change the attribs to -R, delete the file. If it doesn't work try next solution.
* OPen the file in word/notepad/wordpad and delete it afterwards. If it doesn't work try next solution.
* Move the file to another folder and delete it. If it doesn't work try next solution.
* Open a command prompt and delete it.
