Q: I can't login!

A:

Did you type in your login-name correctly?.

Did you type in your password correctly? (pay attention to caps!).

Are you trying to login to the correct domain?

Does the pop-up window mention that your account has been locked-out? If so, you will have to contact your Sysadmin or AccOp, and ask him/her (nicely) to unlock your account!

Is your network cable connected in the back of your computer? (a gray squarish connector, similar to your regular land line phone contact at home, only bigger).

Is anybody else having problems logging in? (the server and/or network might be down).

Is your C:-partition full? Keep an eye on the free space on C:, as some computers have small harddrives and easily fills up.

If the above doesn't resolve your problem, call your Sysadmin!
